- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)

- Identify trends and anomalies in patient data to inform operational improvements
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement data governance standards
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and drive business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with healthcare industry preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
