Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and advanced visualization tools
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Create executive-ready dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for efficiency and accuracy
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practice documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
