Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models to optimize business KPIs and performance metrics
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate product hypotheses
- Automate reporting pipelines using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL
- Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven culture across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI with portfolio of enterprise dashboards
- Strong statistical knowledge (hypothesis testing, regression, time-series analysis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Certification in Google Analytics or equivalent preferred
