Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design with business goals
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay current with UX trends and best practices
- Document design decisions and create comprehensive design specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu of degree)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Exceptional visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
