Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Implement security protocols including VLAN segmentation and VPNs
- Document network topology and configuration changes in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network integrations
- Perform proactive network monitoring and capacity planning
- Train junior staff on network best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent industry certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, and BGP protocols
- Proficiency with Windows Server Active Directory and DNS
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills using network analyzers
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
