What You Will Do:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research to wireframing and prototyping.
- Create high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and analyze feedback to drive product iterations.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement features.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are visually stunning and functional.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
- Contribute to a comprehensive design system and component library.
- Present design concepts and strategies to the executive team and clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating successful design projects.
- Excellent understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
