Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and network infrastructure
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset updates in ITSM systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system migrations and security protocols
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours critical system support
- Deliver user training on productivity tools and security best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server room environments
- Customer service mindset with patience and adaptability
- Valid Nevada driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
