Responsibilities
- Lead user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend research
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques
Qualifications
- 3+ years UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies and testing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skills
