Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications using provided Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user research sessions with our provided usability testing equipment
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve designs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders using our high-fidelity presentation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools (we provide latest versions of Adobe CC, Figma, Axure)
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
