Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls

- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Provide tier-2 user support for network-related inquiries
- Conduct regular network maintenance and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network topologies
- Experience with VPN setups and remote access solutions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for maintenance windows
