Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs for web/mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders)
- Participate in design sprints and agile development processes
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Document design decisions and create style guides
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Design, HCI, or related field OR equivalent portfolio
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of UX principles (user flows, accessibility, wireframing)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred, Adobe XD acceptable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate quickly
