Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement best practices for user interaction.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of designing successful user journeys and interfaces.
- Experience conducting user research and translating data into actionable design decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus.
