Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Translate complex feedback into actionable design improvements and iterate on designs rapidly.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of successful user-centric design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
