Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, personas, and journey mapping to drive design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Execute usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2B tech products
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and outcomes
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with usability testing and A/B methodologies
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for prototyping feasibility
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience preferred
