Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity analysis
- Collaborate with developers using Agile methodologies to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct regression testing and performance validation
- Mentor junior testers and improve quality assurance processes
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA with emphasis on manual testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
