Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/Azure platforms
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to resolve infrastructure bottlenecks
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance assessments
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with AWS/Azure and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Security certifications (CCSP, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Experience with cloud cost optimization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced contract environments
