Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design specifications
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research methodologies and design systems
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for design handoff
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
