Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing on new builds and updates to prevent new defects.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test scripts, and test documentation.
- Conduct exploratory testing to discover edge cases and usability issues.
- Monitor application performance and stability during QA phases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Manual and Automation preferred).
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
