Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software functionality meets requirements.
- Document and track bugs using JIRA, providing clear reproduction steps and severity levels.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and drive resolution.
- Perform regression testing on builds to ensure recent changes haven't broken existing features.
- Analyze system logs and error reports to diagnose underlying issues.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Experience with SQL and/or RESTful APIs (Postman) for data validation.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically about user experience.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
