Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Perform usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay current with UX trends and advocate for user-centered design principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research techniques (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving approach
