Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Stay current with UX trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Expertise in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and visual design
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
