Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for weekend deployment windows
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Conduct weekend on-call rotations for critical systems
- Develop AI-driven testing frameworks for 24/7 validation
- Optimize database performance for high-traffic weekend traffic patterns
- Document technical specifications in Confluence wikis
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Proven track record with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Weekend shift availability mandatory
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification preferred
