- Establish and maintain design systems for consistency across products

Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and testing
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
