Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Lead end-to-end user research initiatives, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design Interfaces: Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into visual designs.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure scalability and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Accessibility Advocacy: Ensure all designs adhere to WCAG accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
- A/B Testing: Collaborate with data analysts to design and implement A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment is highly preferred.
- Prototyping: Strong ability to create interactive prototypes that effectively demonstrate user interactions.
