Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design systems.
- Conduct competitive analysis and user testing to validate design decisions and optimize conversion rates.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into seamless user journeys.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of excellence.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating complex system design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user-centered design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing design tools like Jira or Linear.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
