Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and other industry-leading tools
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Validate software functionality against technical specifications and user requirements
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing with provided specialized equipment
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Maintain test documentation and metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JIRA)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent QA certification
