Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals (equipment provided)
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset configurations using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventative maintenance
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot systematically
