Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to inform design strategies
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design systems
- Lead usability testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and best practice workshops
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
