Responsibilities
- Lead user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development cycles
- Conduct A/B testing and data-driven design iterations
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating B2B/SaaS projects
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints
- Proven ability to translate business goals into user-centered solutions
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
