Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS infrastructure
- Oversee AWS/Azure cloud services with emphasis on hybrid architecture
- Proactively monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds
- Execute security hardening and vulnerability management protocols
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing
- Provide Tier 3 support and technical guidance to internal teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Windows Server administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy implementation
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud platform knowledge
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
