Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for seamless deployment
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain quality standards
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies
- Document architecture decisions and create technical specifications for future development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with proven track record of shipping production code
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with async communication protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with debugging complex systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
