Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Research: Assist in gathering and cleaning data from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Perform Statistical Analysis: Use basic statistical methods to interpret data sets and identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop Dashboards: Create visualizations and interactive dashboards (using Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel) to track business KPIs.
- Prepare Reports: Draft clear, professional reports and presentations for management summarizing your findings.
- Support Data Projects: Collaborate with the senior data team to support ongoing data migration and system optimization projects.
- Maintain Documentation: Update data dictionaries and process documentation to ensure team consistency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Math, Statistics, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros). Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in data and a commitment to accuracy in reporting.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote Work Ethic: Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively in a distributed team setting.
