Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical team culture.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# (JavaScript/React is a plus).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
