Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure product reliability and reduce bugs.
- Maintenance: Maintain existing codebases, refactor legacy systems, and implement technical debt reduction strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in Python or Java is required; experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
