Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure software reliability and performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture within the engineering team.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development with proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
