Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, journey mapping, and prototyping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for scalable solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centric decisions
- Mentor junior designers and drive design excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS/fintech projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Principle/Protopie a plus)
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, analytics)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development constraints
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent portfolio strength)
