Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud platforms
- Proactively monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Execute patch management, security hardening, and compliance audits
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response protocols
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document infrastructure architecture and troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019/2022
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and hybrid networking
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
