Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and virtualized infrastructure
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and automate deployment pipelines
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve security vulnerabilities
- Develop disaster recovery plans and execute system backups
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking protocols
- Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash)
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
