Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Java/Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural sessions
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Implement AWS cloud infrastructure with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Conduct system monitoring and incident response for production environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend software development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and database optimization
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest) and TDD practices
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
