Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- SQL & Database Management: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases and ensure data integrity.
- Visualizations & Reporting: Create compelling, interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and assist in strategic planning using Python or R.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes is highly preferred.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
