Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to automate reporting and analysis workflows
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive leadership
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and recommend strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to define data requirements
- Create comprehensive documentation for data models, methodologies, and business logic
- Mentor junior analysts through code reviews and best practices sessions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in business decision-making
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or AWS Data Analytics preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ data-driven projects with measurable business outcomes
