Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality analytics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI for executive reporting.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and databases.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communicate complex data findings through clear, compelling visualizations and reports.
- Identify process improvements and data anomalies to reduce operational risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, NM (Relocation package provided).
