Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and report bugs using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Perform regression testing and validate fixes in staging environments
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test case documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
- Analyze product requirements to identify potential testing gaps
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and bug tracking tools
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
