Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in large data sets.
- Create comprehensive data documentation and ensure data quality and integrity standards are met.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts effectively to diverse teams.
- Must be willing to relocate (assistance provided).
