Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Create automated dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Monitor data quality and implement validation protocols for night shift operations
- Support real-time decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and urgent requests
- Document data processes and maintain comprehensive metadata repositories
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data infrastructure and analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or rotational scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and hypothesis validation
