About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between our raw data and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, solve business problems, and drive operational efficiency. This is a hands-on position requiring a deep understanding of data analysis methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present findings to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Document data processes and provide clear, concise reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
