Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with SLA-driven urgency
- Document network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud integration projects
- Implement network security protocols including VPNs and IDS/IPS systems
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management cycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification required (CCNP preferred)
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks hardware
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configurations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional site visits
