Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with minimal downtime
- Document network topology and update system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Implement network security protocols and best practices
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS/Junos and VLAN configuration
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network analyzers
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
