Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and network peripherals
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset inventory in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security and system maintenance tasks
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvement initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service with SLA adherence
- Complete certification training (CompTIA A+/Network+) within 6 months
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
