Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and create journey maps
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design iterations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or enterprise products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proficiency in user research methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
